At K and K Solicitors, we provide expert, transparent, and reliable immigration services tailored to individual, family, and business needs. Below is a breakdown of our legal fees for various immigration categories. These fees cover legal representation, document preparation, and client support throughout your application process. Please note that Home Office fees and disbursements (e.g. interpreter, translation, biometric enrolment) are not included.

All fees are exclusive of VAT (20%) unless stated otherwise.

Fixed fee includes: legal advice, preparation, representation, and ongoing support.

Payment plans available upon request.

For urgent or complex cases, fees may vary depending on circumstances.

4. Pre-Settled Status or Settled Status under EU Settlement Scheme (per applicant)
