Kiran Phull is the Director of K&K Solicitors and has been a qualified Solicitor for 15 years. Kiran was admitted to University at the age of 16 years old, in which he read Law and went on to obtain a commercial postgraduate Diploma from UCL, University of London. He then attended the University College of London where he received a Masters in Shipping Law, and then proceeded to complete the LPC. Prior to establishing K&K Solicitors, Kiran worked at a number of law firms as a partner and gained considerable knowledge and expertise in a range of areas of law. His practice encompasses Commercial Conveyancing, Residential Conveyancing, Wills & Probates and Family Law. Kiran is also building a busy medical negligence practice and is expanding the firms commercial practice areas. Kiran comes highly recommended by his clients, who have remarked that he has ‘gone above and beyond the call of duty’ and offers a ‘remarkable first-class service’.
Kiran enjoys undertaking humanitarian projects as a 30 year volunteer of AGMS Foundation, a charity which K&K Solicitors supports.

Andrew Currie
BA (Hons) / Partner
Andrew is a Partner and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing. He has over 30 years’ experience in the sector and acts for a wide range of clients, including first time buyers, property investors and professional developers. Andrew handles sales and purchases as well as re mortgages, transfers of equity and auction transactions. Many of his clients and their families have repeatedly used Andrew each time they move and as such he has a loyal client base.
Andrew’s focus is always on the client and he strives to provide an efficient and stress free experience for all of his clients when they are moving. His approach is professional yet friendly and he tries to provide clear advice and practical solutions to problems.
When not working Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and watching most sports. He enjoys skiing and fell walking, as well as long walks with his dog, Fudge.
Gabriel Awosika
Law, LLB (Hons) / LLM Solicitor
Gabriel Awosika is the Principal at Astute Legal Solicitors & Advocates and has over 10 years of combined legal practice and local authority experience. Gabriel prioritises providing his clients with practical solutions and ‘clarity in the complexity’. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Gabriel was a Civil Servant for two London local authorities where he developed and honed his knowledge in Housing Law. He then moved on to Plexus Law where he gained further experience. Gabriel also has a range of experience in Law firm management and providing regulatory training. He is also actively involved in the areas of Sports and Entertainment, whereby he currently represents footballers across the English Leagues and many award-winning musicians across Europe. He focuses on providing rights management, sponsorship, partner agreements, image rights, terms and conditions, broadcasting, merchandising, endorsements, licensing and website agreements.

Azeam Akram
Consultant Solicitor
Azeam qualified as a solicitor in 2004. He specialises in litigation, contentious probate and charity law. Azeam’s handles cases predominately in the High Court Chancery Division (Business List, Property Trust and Probate List), and Court of Appeal. Cases that he has handled recently include:

Applications under Variation of Trusts Act 1958 and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975

Application against executors of a will trust to account (including a challenge to the costs incurred by the executors)

In his work involving charity law, Azeam regularly advises trustees on charity law, compliance and regulatory issues, Charity Commission inquiries, disputes between trustees, and disputes over religious centres. Azeam has been a committee member of the Law Society’s Wills and Equity Committee since 2013, and is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

Member of the Law Society’s Wills and Equity Committee. Azeam has a keen interest in mediation and is working toward becoming an accredited mediator.
Sunita Singh
BCS (Hons) / Senior Executive Assistant
Sunita is one of the founding members of K&K solicitors. She is responsible for providing a high level of service to our clients, often acting as their first point of contact when they visit the firm or contact us by telephone. Sunita plays an important role in coordinating internal events for members and staff.
Sunita also has a wealth of experience in a variety of areas of law. Prior to joining K&K Solicitors, Sunita qualified with a degree in Housing Law. She then worked at the Citizens Advice Bureaux, in which she gained a practical knowledge of housing law, family law, immigration and debt recovery law. Sunita also worked as a real estate agent. In this capacity, she became well versed in negotiations and the role and function a solicitor had to play; she rose to manage her own branch after a short amount of time.
Sunita has spent a period of time as a business manager for a large company. Sunita’s role entailed the management of the company’s finances; in particular, she managed the company’s debts and was responsible for their financial administration.
Nadine Baligod
Family Solicitor
Nadine is a Dual-Qualified Lawyer, having been an Attorney and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines for 5 years before she cross-qualified as a Solicitor for England and Wales through the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Scheme. As a Filipino lawyer, she has extensive experience in Annulment of Marriages, Labour and Employment, Property and Land disputes, and Commercial and Business advice, whether through client representation or court litigation.

Since being in the UK, Nadine has decided to continue her practice in the fields of Family Law and Private Client where she feels passionate about helping people achieve a safe haven within their homes and personal finances through asset management. At K and K Nadine handles all types of Family matters for the firm from the provision of sound legal advice to legal representation and the drafting of Agreements such as Cohabitation, Pre-Nuptial and Financial.

Nadine loves to bake during her free time and even finds extra time on top of her busy schedule to bake for her friends and family in a home-based cake business in Hertfordshire. She speaks fluent English and Tagalog.
